Enrollment & Payment
To secure your spot in our academic pathways, full payment for the chosen language program is required before lessons commence.
Attendance & Cancellation
We understand that life happens. To avoid a lesson deduction, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Lessons missed without notice are deducted from your balance.
Package Duration
The program duration is based strictly on the total number of purchased hours. Indicative completion dates may shift based on your actual usage and lesson frequency.
Academic Punctuality
To maintain a productive global learning environment, all sessions begin and end precisely at the agreed-upon time. Teachers will wait for 15 minutes before marking a no-show.
Holiday Breaks
Continuous study is key, but rest is vital. All students are entitled to a structured two-week holiday period during their language program to refresh and recharge.
Withdrawal & Refunds
Should your circumstances change, refunds are available. A 20% administrative fee plus any applicable bank transfer charges will be deducted from the remaining balance.
Official Communication
For security and record-keeping, all requests for schedule changes, course adjustments, or absence notifications must be made via email to our management team.
Time Zone Standard
To ensure global coordination, all lesson timings and academy deadlines are scheduled based on Egypt, Cairo Time (GMT +2). Please calculate your local time accordingly.
Children's Participation
We provide a safe environment for all. Students under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their live 1-on-1 sessions to ensure engagement.
