1. Enrollment and Payment

To secure your spot, full payment for the chosen language program is required before lessons begin.

2. Lesson Attendance and Cancellation

We understand that things come up! To avoid a missed lesson deduction, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your scheduled lesson.
Missed lessons without notice will be deducted from your total purchased lessons.

3. Punctuality

To ensure a productive learning environment, lessons will begin and end promptly at the agreed-upon time.

4. Holiday Breaks

Enjoy your studies! All students are entitled to a two-week holiday period during the language program.

5. Withdrawal and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to withdraw from the course, a refund will be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee and any bank transfer charges.

6. Communication

For a smooth learning experience, all requests for lesson time changes, course adjustments, additional lessons, or absence notifications should be made via email to our program management team.

7. Time Zone

Please note that all lesson timings are scheduled based on Egypt, Cairo Time (GMT +2).

8. Children's Participation

We encourage a positive learning environment for all ages! Students under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their lessons.
